How do I import a shipment file?

In the "Send a Parcel" section, select "Import a File". Download the sample file to organise your data, then upload your file with the recipient, shipping service and parcel information.

How do I import a shipment file?

To import a shipment file, follow these steps :

  1. Go to the "Shipping packages" section, select "Import a file".

  2. Download the example file provided.

  3. Fill it in with your shipping details.

  4. Drag and drop the file into the interface.

  5. The system will automatically detect any errors.

  6. View your shipment requests in the "My shipments" section.
