What delivery services are available?

Several delivery services are available to meet your logistical needs. With Predict, you can ensure optimised home delivery, offering customers the possibility of knowing the delivery time slot and modifying their choices in the event of absence. The Relay service allows parcels to be dropped off at a relay point chosen by the customer. DPD Classic is designed for sending parcels to professionals. Finally, the Return service offers your customers the facility of returning a parcel from one of our 10,000 Pickup relays in France.

What delivery services are available?

Several delivery services are available to meet your logistical needs.

  • DPD Classic is designed for sending parcels to professionals in France, but also internationally to more than 220 destinations.

  • With Predict, ensure optimised home delivery, offering customers the chance to find out their delivery time slot and reschedule their delivery using a number of practical methods.

  • DPD Relais allows you to deliver to your private customers in 10,000 Pickup relays in France, and more than 90,000 Pickup relays and lockers in Europe.

  • Finally, the DPD Return service offers your customers the ease of returning a parcel to you from the relay of their choice.

You also have the option of ordering parcel collections from a third party, for re-delivery to you or another third party, using the Collection Request service.

All other destinations are served by air using the DPD Classic Intercontinental service. We provide you with a tool to plan your international shipments country by country here.

 🚩 However, certain countries are restricted and cannot be delivered to: Antarctica, Bhutan, Bouvet Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cuba, Christmas Islands, Western Sahara, Falkland Islands, South Georgia-South Sandwich Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, North Korea, Mongolia, Norfolk Island, Nauru, Niue, St Helena, Svalbard and Jan Mayen Island, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sao Tome and Principe, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, East Timor, United States Minor Outlying Islands. Russia, Belarus and Ukraine are currently restricted.
