To track all your parcels, go to the "Parcel Tracking" section, where you'll find a detailed overview of each shipment's journey. Get essential information about the recipient, the sender, delivery-related events and the current location of each parcel.
You can search for and track parcels using the following criteria:
To monitor a parcel, go to 'Parcel Tracking', select the parcel and add it to your list using the three-dot icon. You can then find your list on the dashboard or in the menu bar under 'Favourites'.
In the 'Undelivered parcels' section, you will find a real-time updated status of parcels facing setbacks, for reasons such as the absence or closure of your recipient, missing or incorrect data, or routing errors.
If your parcel has been rescheduled for delivery by the recipient, you can view this here. This allows you to track any changes made to the original delivery.
You can find and download the proof of delivery (POD) directly from your parcel tracker once your parcel has been delivered. The button for downloading the POD usually appears the day after delivery.
