The carbon footprint is a personalized assessment of the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our parcel delivery activities.
In the Activity Report, you can access a variety of relevant data, including the number of parcels sent, delivered, in transit, with incomplete or incorrect addresses or contact details, and those where the recipient was absent at the time of delivery.
The Redirects Report gives you a detailed overview of the redelivery choices made by your recipients. This enables you to understand which delivery options are the most popular, with details such as the total number of redirects, destinations (other address, neighbour, other date, relay or agency, safe place).
