Several delivery services are available to meet your logistical needs. With Predict, you can ensure optimised home delivery, offering customers the possibility of knowing the delivery time slot and modifying their choices in the event of absence. The Relay service allows parcels to be dropped off at a relay point chosen by the customer. DPD Classic is designed for sending parcels to professionals. Finally, the Return service offers your customers the facility of returning a parcel from one of our 10,000 Pickup relays in France.

To send a parcel to a company using DPD Classic, follow these simple steps: go to the 'Ship' section, then select 'Create a shipment'. Enter the recipient's details,

To send a parcel to an individual at home using Predict, go to the 'Ship' section, select 'Create a shipment', enter the recipient's details, choose the Predict service, enter the parcel details and then click 'Create'. It's simple and efficient.

To send a parcel by Relay with DPD Relay, start by creating a shipment and entering the recipient's details. Select the Relay service, making sure to provide the mandatory information such as surname, first name, address, postcode, town and email address.

You have three simple options for generating a Returns label for your recipient. Firstly, when creating a Predict label, simply tick the additional service to print the returns label. Secondly, by creating a shipment with the Returns service. Finally, when creating a Relay label, tick the additional service to authorise the recipient to return the parcel.

To send a parcel with DPD Classic Intercontinental, use the Classic Service by printing the invoices and affixing them to the parcel. Note that some countries are excluded, such as Antarctica, Cuba, North Korea, Mongolia, Somalia and Russia. See complete list. 

To cancel a shipment, go to the 'Shipping' section, access 'My shipments', select the package you want to cancel, click on the bin icon and confirm.

To export a list of your shipments, go to the 'Ship' section, then click on 'My shipments'. Select the shipments you want to export, then go to 'Actions' and choose 'Export shipments'. You can download the file in Excel or CSV format.
