A lot happened at DPD France in 2023:
- We have passed the 800 mark for the total number of electric vehicles in our fleet
- 3 new sites opened (in Bourg-en-Bresse, Le Havre and Gerland)
- We have developed a new delivery option: delivery to a secure location.
- 66 new work-study students joined us at the start of the new academic year in September
- myDPD, our new experience dedicated to recipients, has been launched
- 3 new branches opened in our network (La Roche-sur-Yon, Vannes and Montauban)
- We were voted Customer Service of the Year* for the 4th year running
- We now offer day-definite delivery
We're proud of the progress and finalisation of these projects, and can't wait to reveal what we have planned for 2024!
