DPD France Elected Customer Service of the Year 2025

For the 5th consecutive year, DPD France has been awarded Customer Service of the Year*.

Seven years after the creation of our Customer Relations Department, this recognition duly rewards the efforts of our teams who work every day to offer you the best possible customer service.

This 5th victory in the Customer Service of the Year Election is a recognition of the work of all DPD France employees, who work daily for the satisfaction of our customers. For several years now, the level of service we provide to our customers has been increasing day by day. We can be proud of this collective commitment.

I would like to especially thank the customer service teams, to whom we owe this award: thank you for your commitment, thank you for your high standards, and thank you for the quality of the relationship you maintain with our customers.
