A graduate of IDRAC (School of Management), Georges Kipiani began his career at DHL as Sales Representative, then joined TNT for two years, before joining Exapaq* in 1997 as Regional Sales Director. He was appointed National Sales Director in 2007, then Managing Director, Sales and Marketing in 2011. In January 2020, he became Chairman of the Management Board of DPD France.

Samuel Gangnant, holder of a Master's degree in commerce/sales (IUP du Havre) and a DUT from GEA (Rennes), joined DPD France in 2002, where he held the positions of Sales Representative then Head of Sales before being appointed Regional Sales Director for North-Western France and then Île-de-France. In 2012, he was appointed National Sales Director, then on January 1, 2017, he became Managing Director in charge of the Operations and Customer Service Department. As of January 2020, he is appointed as Managing Director.
