Can I cancel shipping from the ParcelLock parcel box?

The shipping or pick-up from the parcel box can unfortunately not be cancelled afterwards. If you do not want to ship your parcel or leave it in the Pickup parcelshop near you, simply remove the parcel from your ParcelLock parcel box. Please note that regardless of whether you have deposited a parcel in your ParcelLock or not, our driver will come by for the agreed pickup.
