How does the CSV import work?

The file must consist of 12 fields in the following order and must not exceed the number of characters specified in parentheses per field: Company (30); Name (30); Road (50); Additional address (30); Postal code (10); City (50); Country (3); Telephone number (15); E-mail (50); Customer No (25); Reference (25); contents (30)
