The maximum allowed weight of courier parcels is 31.5 kg. Parcels are transported door-to-door.
The maximum allowed weight of parcels is 31.5 kg, the minimum allowed size is an A5 safety envelope (21 × 14.8 × 0.5 cm). The maximum sum of the longest side and the bottom circumference of a parcel is 3.0 m (2 × height + 2 × width + the longest side); the longest side of the parcel can be up to 1.75 m.

Choose a pallet delivery option based on your needs and the destination. Pallet shipments are delivered door-to-door. The pallet must allow for a forklift to pick it up from any of its four sides (both forks of the forklift must fit under the pallet and allow safe handling throughout the transport process). Shipments heavier than 31.5 kg must be placed on a pallet.

Delivery by courier to a street address – DPD Private
DPD Private ships to a private individual’s street address. The parcel will be delivered by courier to a home or office address or to a neighbour – at your preferred time to your preferred place. Goods are transported door-to-door.
