DPD Predict notification of arrival makes it convenient to receive a parcel! On the day of delivery, we will send the recipient an SMS and/or e-mail indicating the one-hour period of arrival of the courier.
How does it work?

On the day of delivery, prior notification is sent to the recipient by SMS and/or e-mail.

The message indicates the period of arrival of the courier to the accuracy of an hour.

If the time of arrival of the courier is not suitable, the recipient can conveniently change the date and address of delivery or redirect the parcel to a parcel locker, using the self-service system my.dpd.ee.
