First you click on the \"Proactive notifications\" tab. Here you will find a list of all proactive notifications, together with their status and a period of time. You can select an item with the status \"New\" by clicking on the little red arrow to the right in the relevant line. A new window opens up, showing the reason for the proactive notification. You now have the possibility of having the parcel sent to the same address once more, to change the address or to arrange for the return of the parcel.
