Can I pick my parcel up from the DPD depot, too?

Yes, you can also collect your parcel from some of our depots. However, this procedure is not usual and has to be implemented in consultation with the responsible depot.

Please note! There will be no more picking up and dispensing of goods at the Jüri sorting centre, Taevavärava tee 1. For smaller parcels, it is possible to use the parcel locker in front of the building. For larger parcels, please order a courier service.

Please note that parcels are only stored at the depot on a temporary basis and, as a rule, are not available there for longer than one day. Collecting your own parcel from the depot is therefore only advisable in the case of a return to the consignor, e.g. if we have failed to locate you at home several times or the parcel was not picked up from the DPD parcel locker within seven calendar days.
