  • Transport price is given per PALLET. Transport price is calculated separately for each pallet.
  • S-pallet:The allowed dimensions 1,2 m (length) x 1 m (width) x 0,8 m (height with pallet) and maximum allowed weight is 250 kg.
  • M-pallet:The allowed dimensions 1,2 m (lenght) x 1 m (width) x 1,2 m (height with pallet) and maximum allowed weight is 500 kg.
  • L-pallet:The allowed dimensions 1,2 m (lenght) x 1 m (width) x 2,0 m (height with pallet) and maximum allowed weight is 740 kg.
  • If a pallet is oversized or overweight, DPD shall be entitled to return the pallet or add an extra charge to the price of transport. The time of delivery of the shipment may be extended.
  • The pallets sent within the DPD MAX service are stackable. If the pallet cannot be stacked, it must be marked on both sides of the pallet. Additional information on labeling is available on the DPD website or sales department. If stacking of pallets is not allowed, the transport price will then be calculated according to the L-pallet in the respective zone.
  • DPD does its best to deliver consignments on time according to the scheduled delivery times, however, these schedules cannot be interpreted as guaranteed delivery times.
  • The maximum number of pallets allowed in a shipment is up to 5 pallets per consignee.
  • "Fuel surcharge" and "Labor surcharge" are added to the prices according to the customer agreement.
  • Prices are given without VAT. Prices are given in euros.
  • Delivery specification: DAP

  • DPD MAX shipments are subject to the CMR Convention, which provides for compensation in the event of loss of or damage to a consignment up to 8.33 SDRs (International Monetary Fund unit of account) per kilogram. As CMR insurance is limited liability, we recommend taking out additional cargo insurance. Additional information on the label is available on the DPD website or DPD Sales Department.
