Arranging for someone to pick up your own parcel: You're welcome to get someone you know to pick up your parcel. Simply fill in the authorisation form for the person who will make the collection. A valid ID document of the authorised person is also required for collection.

Collecting a parcel from the shop without a notification card: You can also pick up your parcel from a Pickup parcelshop without our notification card. All we need is a valid ID document and, if necessary, a written authorisation if you are instructing a third party to collect your parcel.
