With the launch of a new pan-European brand campaign entitled "myDPD – you’re in charge" the international DPDgroup, as a leading parcel service provider in Europe, is consistently driving forward awareness of its myDPD digital service platform. For this purpose DPDgroup is intensifying its communications operations with its customers, shippers and consignees on 27 European markets. To mark the start of the campaign the group will be presenting two exciting films in which the additional benefits of registering with myDPD will be explained in a nutshell. DPDgroup is actively promoting these video clips and other exciting information about myDPD from now until December 23, 2022 on all digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube as well as high-reach online media.
In its current brand campaign, DPDgroup is paying particular attention to the aspect of individual parcel control - and for good reason: the customer-friendly offer of so-called permanent delivery preferences in myDPD already ensures that the number of unsuccessful delivery attempts is sustainably reduced. This saves kilometers and thus protects the environment. As registered myDPD customers, consignees can not only have their parcels deposited at a safe place of their choice, but can also specify their own personal favourite parcel shop. This gives users the option of conveniently redirecting their parcel to one of DPD's 7,500 Pickup parcelshops. In other words, myDPD puts registered users in full control of their parcel reception.
