As part of Geopost we take responsibility for climate protection and have been investing in measures to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions since 2006.
In 2016 the DPD Foundation was established to support the needs of children, young adults and families. The DPD Relief Fund also provides financial assistance to employees and their families who find themselves in an emergency situation through no fault of their own.
We offer flexible working models and the option of mobile working. If you are planning a sabbatical, want to look after relatives or are expecting a child: together we will find a suitable work concept for you.

We offer our staff a variety of opportunities for exchanging ideas and further training. At staff events, at seminars organised by the DPD Academy - our own in-house academy - and with the help of our development programmes (e.g. for depot management) and other events you can broaden your professional horizons and develop your skills in a targeted way!
Even as a DPD newcomer you have the opportunity to get to know DPD better and get off to a good start in the company thanks to individual onboarding programmes and our welcome event.
