Why has the day or time window of my delivery changed?

There can be different reasons if the day or time window of your delivery changes:

• You have redirected your parcel (to a Pickup parcelshop) or chosen a different delivery day.
• Traffic or weather conditions have affected the original route planning.
• The delivery route has had to be changed for other urgent reasons.
