Can I change my permanent safe place for depositing parcels?

You can change your registered safe place at any time in myDPD and in the DPD App:

• Log in to myDPD or the DPD App.
• Enter your desired safe place under "Delivery preferences".
• Confirm your entry.

It can take up to two working days for your change to be taken into account.
