Aschaffenburg, November 11th, 2025 – DPD Germany has once again received the coveted ‘Top Employer Germany’ seal of approval from the renowned Top Employers Institute (TEI). For the third time in succession the parcel service provider has been certified for its outstanding employer qualities - and was able to further improve its audit result compared to the previous year. The seal of approval is the result of a multi-stage certification with a validation process and independent audit.

We are delighted that we have once again been recognised as a ‘Top Employer Germany’ by an independent body. This confirms our continuous efforts to create a professional working environment for our employees. Together with our parent company Geopost, we are pursuing the goal of being an employer that attracts and promotes talent with our ‘Employer of Choice’ vision by the end of 2025. The certification by the independent Top Employers Institute is based on a comprehensive analysis of overarching HR criteria, including HR strategy, talent management, HR planning, onboarding, training and development, corporate culture and employer benefits. DPD Germany was objectively assessed on the basis of a detailed questionnaire with 250 questions as well as submitted documents and best practices.
