Please always ensure a minimum distance of 2 metres and the contact-free hand-over of the parcel.

I select the stop and scan all the parcels which I want to deliver.

 

I hand over the parcels at the Pickup parcelshop and keep the minimum distance. The parcel shop partner now has to scan all the parcels. Here too I keep the minimum distance. The parcel shop scanner then generates a QR code.

I scan the QR code of the parcel shop scanner. I keep the minimum distance from the parcel shop partner and don’t touch the parcel shop scanner.

Parcels for the DPD parcel shop:

  • 20 kg maximum weight

  • 100 cm longest side

  • 250 cm maximum girth

No tyres, no hazardous goods.

It can happen that a parcel shop is too full and can't accept all the parcels. Parcels that are not accepted go back to the depot, and are delivered again directly to the consignee.
