Contact-free home delivery - refusal to take delivery
I am delivering parcels to consignees.
Please always ensure a minimum distance of 2 metres and the contact-free hand-over of the parcel.
I ring the consignee’s doorbell. The consignee is at home. I inform him/her about the contact-free delivery. The consignee refuses to take delivery of the parcel.
I select the stop and carry out the check scan. I select "Non-delivery" and then "Acceptance refused".

In the signature field I sign with my own initials (first letter of my first and last name), and the customer signs on the parcel with his or her own pen.
I attach a driver’s return sticker to the rejected parcel and tick the reason for the refusal.
Don't forget the driver’s return sticker!
