The Exchange Service parcel is not available for exchange.
On the MDU I switch to the Exceptions menu in the top right-hand corner and select the relevant exception (exchange goods not available today, exchange refused, no exchange goods available).

I arrange a new exchange attempt with the customer for the next day.
I stick the driver’s return sticker on the parcel and note the new collection date for the Exchange Service parcel there.
