What do I have to keep in mind with the Exchange Service parcel?
An exchange is only possible on the same day. This means that I can't take parcels with me for an exchange the following day.
During the exchange process I take the exchange goods with me as an exchange parcel in transport packaging.
The exchange label (label for return shipping) has to be stuck over the delivery label and then scanned.
If I can't make an exchange I select the relevant exception code:
The exchange goods were not available today (DC 72): A second delivery attempt has to be made. I note the new delivery date on the driver’s return sticker.
Exchange refused (DC 15): There is no second delivery attempt
No exchange goods available (DC 17): This selection is not available because an exchange has been agreed with the selected customer.
