Dimensions and weight differ according to the selected service and whether it is a domestic or international transport. The maximum allowed dimensions and weight are set so as to all parcels can fit in our delivery vans and to be able to move them.

If it is not the case, transport outside EU requires providing documents necessary for the customs clearance. The customs clearance of your parcel sent outside EU is ensured by DPD.
