When the recipient of the shipment is verified, our device will display any text, logo or short questionnaire according to your preferences. This way you can remind the recipient who the parcel is coming from or verify the customer experience with your store.

Additional service to DPD Private, DPD 12:00 a DPD 18:00. The delivery of the parcel takes place against a check of the recipient's identity. This ensures that only the person you specify receives the parcel. The additional service applies to domestic transport only

The courier writes down the 5 numbers of the recipient's receipt in his MDU. It is not possible to hand over to a third party even in the case of authorisation.

If the conditions for Verified Handover are not fulfilled even in one delivery attempt, the courier returns the parcel to the sender.

The delivery of the parcel takes place against verification of the identity and age of majority of the recipient. Again, you have control over who receives the parcel and whether they are over 18 years of age.
