We would like to inform you that the guaranteed DPD 10:00 service will be cancelled as of 1 November 2024.
This is the main service which is combinable with the additional services Cash on Delivery, Delivery to Department, Verified Handover, Verified Handover 18+, Extended Cover and Exchange service.
Service codes:
179 - DPD 10:00
191 - DPD 10:00 with COD
197 - DPD 10:00 with exchange service
Important notices:

The service can still be used until the end of October, after which it will be cancelled and removed from all DPD applications and connections. The service will no longer be available for ordering.

We hereby request customers who have integrated their own label printing solution and only upload data to the DPD FTP server to implement the changes in their solutions so that the DPD 10:00 service can no longer be used from 1.11.2024.

Shipments that are collected after this date with the guaranteed DPD 10:00 service will be returned automatically to the sender's address.
The guaranteed services DPD 12:00 and DPD 18:00 remain unchanged.
