Shipping without frontiers.
Shipping without frontiers.
Depending on which country you are shipping to, DPD offers up to three types of customs clearance. Customs clearance availability and type, and franking may all vary depending on the service and the destination country.
Import customs clearance (direct imports) is used when the shipping route is directly from the sending country to the destination country, e.g. a parcel sent with DPD from Switzerland directly to Germany (recipient address in Germany).
1. Export country
2. Country of entry
3. Import country
