Follow My Parcel. Freedom means choosing your own route.
With the Follow My Parcel service, you can track your parcel live during delivery and redirect it up to 15 minutes before final handover. You can choose from the following four delivery options:
Give a signature release authorisation
Give us a signature release authorisation online. We’ll leave your parcel in a safe place at your house, where you can find it later – you just tell us where.
Change delivery address
Have your parcel delivered to a new delivery address, such as your workplace or to a neighbour.
Change delivery day
Change the delivery date of your parcel.
Redirect to a DPD Pickup parcelshop
You can opt to have your parcel delivered to one of our 440 DPD Pickup parcelshops, where you can conveniently collect it after work or at the weekend.
Receiving your parcel at a DPD Pickup parcelshop
Did we try to deliver your parcel, but you were not at home? Has our driver left you a message in the form of your parcel information? Now you can use this to select a delivery option that suits you, and have your parcel diverted to a DPD Pickup parcelshop.
All you need is the parcel information number (you'll find that on the parcel information left for you by the driver) and your postcode.

Give authorisation for delivery to a safe place
In future, may we leave a specific parcel or all parcels in a safe place? Then please give us the authorisation here.
Give general authorisation for delivery to a safe place
This approval applies to all future parcels until you cancel it. Please fill out the form for the general signature release authorisation and send a signed copy as an attachment by email to: [email protected].
Give one-off authorisation for delivery to a safe place
Please affix form in an easily visible and accessible location, such as your front door or mailbox.
