Did we try to deliver a parcel to you but you weren’t at home? Did our driver leave you a message in the form of a parcel information sheet? Now you can use that information to choose the best option for receiving your parcel and redirect your parcel to a DPD Pickup parcelshop.
All you need is the parcel information number (this can be found on the parcel information sheet that our driver left you) and your postcode.

Please remember that you will need a valid photo ID to collect your parcel. If you are unable to collect your parcel in person, you can authorise a person of your choice to do so. Please note that the person authorised to collect your parcel also requires a valid official identity document and the power of attorney signed by you.

As part of our DPD Pickup parcelshop concept, we are looking for partners to work with who have the same high quality standards and service orientation as ourselves and are interested in a long-term business relationship with DPD.
Our new partnership with Valora
DPD’s E-Shopper Barometer shows that more and more people prefer flexible delivery to convenient locations over home delivery.
It is precisely this situation that has prompted us to enter into our new partnership with the foodvenience provider Valora. This will enable us to expand our DPD Pickup parcelshop network to over 1'000 locations throughout Switzerland and offer our customers even greater flexibility. The new DPD Pickup-Points will go live at k kiosk, avec and Press&Books by the end of July 2024.
