1. How long have you been working at DPD?

I’ve been with DPD for three years.

2. What is your job at DPD and what makes it special for you?

I am a Key Account Manager. For me, the day-to-day contact with customers is what makes my job special. I love communicating directly with our customers, understanding their needs and finding solutions that help them. This interaction gives me a sense of fulfilment. Working closely with my team is also very important to me. Overcoming common challenges strengthens cohesion and contributes to a positive working atmosphere.

3. If you can remember, how was your start at DPD and did you feel welcome straight away?

After two years of maternity leave, it was special to be back in professional life. I felt at home at DPD right from the start and was warmly welcomed into the DPD family. I am very grateful to both DPD and my line managers for the opportunity they gave me three years ago.

4. What are the three most important points for you when it comes to teamwork?

Open and honest communication between team members is crucial. They should feel comfortable expressing their ideas and concerns in order to avoid misunderstandings and work together effectively. Trust is the foundation of all successful teamwork. Each team member should be able to rely on the skills and commitment of others to achieve common goals. Recognising the contributions and achievements of each team member is also important.

5. What personal values or beliefs guide your decisions, both professionally and personally?

I believe in the importance of treating everyone with respect, regardless of their position or opinion. This value helps me to build positive relationships both in my professional and private life. I strongly believe that teamwork and collaboration are the key to success. I attach great importance to working in a supportive and cooperative environment in order to achieve goals together. I think it’s important to be open to change and adapt to new situations. This flexibility helps me to overcome challenges and succeed in different areas of life. I take responsibility for my actions and decisions. This includes taking responsibility for my successes as well as my mistakes and learning from them.

6. How do you like to spend your free time and what activities help you relax the most?

I appreciate spending time with my loved ones, whether it’s doing things together or simply getting together. These moments bring me joy and relaxation.

7. What role do goals and ambitions play in your life and how do they drive you?

Ambition motivates me to continuously work on myself and take on challenges. It inspires me to go out of my comfort zone and develop new skills. Achieving goals, both personal goals and those of my teammates, gives me a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction. These successes encourage me to pursue further ambitions and push my limits.

8. What role does music or art play in your life and do you have a favourite performer or artist?

Music is an important source of relaxation for me. After a long day, I like to listen to my favourite songs to switch off and recharge my batteries. Art allows me to immerse myself in other worlds and escape from everyday life.
