What solution does DPD offer for returns?
As a shipper, you can easily connect to the Pickup network. If you do so, your customer can choose from 950 Pickup parcelshops in Belgium and 58,000 in Europe to pick up or send back his parcel. This is DPD’s Shop return.
Your other option: on request you can arrange a collection at the customer premises. As a contractual customer, you can easily ask for this service or arrange it via your shipping tool. This is called a collection request.
