of parcels in our Pickup parcel shops / parcel stations:
The storage time of your parcels in a Pickup parcel shop is 7 calendar days.
A reminder regarding your stored parcels will be sent after 5 calendar days.
The storage time of your parcels in a Pickup parcel station is 5 calendar days.
Once the period has expired, the parcel will be returned to the sender
