You want your parcels to reach their destination quickly and securely - the following tips will help you to ensure this.

To ensure that shipping with DPD runs smoothly we have compiled all the important information for you. If you observe the following instructions and regulations during shipping, we will ensure that your parcels reach the consignee promptly and intact.

Better organised: our terms of shipment.

Shipping is child's play when you entrust your parcels to DPD. There are a few things you should keep in mind.

Information for trouble-free shipping.

  1. Packing instructions: parcels have to be securely packed so that they aren't affected by automated sorting and transport.

  2. Exclusion from shipping: some goods such as live animals, weapons and especially valuable goods such as precious metals and stones can't be transported with DPD.

  3. Dimensions: parcels can have a maximum weight of 31.5 kg and a maximum girth (combined circumference + width) of 300 cm. The maximum length of the longest side must not exceed 175 cm. Does your parcel have the right dimensions? Simply use our girth and volumetric weight calculators.
