Delivery is guaranteed by 12.00 hrs the following working day (Mon-Fri).

12.00 to 17.00 hrs

The delivery takes place between 12.00 and 17.00 hours from Monday to Friday – the special time interval for consignees who can only be reached in the afternoon. To the postcode query.

By 17.00 hrs

Guaranteed delivery by 17.00 hrs at the latest. This is the right option if you or the consignor are less concerned with the time and more with other services such as the „insured“ or „cash on delivery“.

Fixed time - pinpoint delivery

With us it is also possible to specify a fixed delivery date and time, because this enables you to arrange the exact time of delivery for urgent or sensitive orders together with your customers, thus ensuring additional customer satisfaction.

You agree with us a delivery time of your choice between 9.00 and 17.00 on the day after pickup. We deliver your parcel on time within a time tolerance of +/- 30 minutes!

On Saturday, too, we offer flexibly combinable express options for your package. There are often urgent orders that have to be delivered even after Friday - for these cases we offer Saturday parcel delivery with two time options.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery by 10.00 hrs at the latest. Wherever 10.00 hrs delivery is possible (please note the postcode query), we can on request also deliver your parcel by this time on Saturday.
