As a consignor you can pay for parcel labels in cash at the Pickup parcelshop and ship your parcels there directly, or pay online and print the labels at home or use them as mobile parcel labels on your smartphone. You then simply drop the parcel off at the nearest Pickup parcel shop.

Returns made easy
With DPD's returns service you can send goods back to the shipper free of charge. All you need is the DPD Returns service parcel label.

International
DPD's cross-border returns management between many countries in Europe makes it easy to send returns. The communication is automatically in German or English, depending on the selected return country.
